Jennifer Teed is Sr. Director, Strategy + Chief of Staff for Langrand’s transformation practice, where she helps healthcare organizations connect strategy, operations and execution in complex transformation work.

Jennifer brings more than 30 years of healthcare financial services, revenue cycle and operational transformation experience across hospitals, health systems and consulting environments. Her work bridges clinical, operational and technology domains, with deep experience in patient access, business office services, enterprise analytics, digital front door strategy and revenue cycle modernization.

At Langrand, Jennifer leads program coordination, milestone tracking, stakeholder alignment and documentation management for complex healthcare engagements. She helps teams keep strategic work grounded in operational realities, including workflow impact, staffing logic, financial performance and implementation risk.

Before joining, Jennifer worked across consulting and health system leadership roles, including Director of Implementation/Operations for R1 RCM, Director of Operations and Client Services for Dun & Bradstreet and NCO Group and Manager of Digital Front Door Experience at Memorial Hermann Health System. Her consulting work has supported patient access service center builds, centralized scheduling, patient financial services redesign, interim revenue cycle leadership and operational stabilization for health systems across the country.

Jennifer is especially valuable in projects where future-facing strategy must translate into practical decisions executives, operators and frontline teams can move forward. She brings a rare mix of analytical discipline, operational grit and plainspoken judgment, often delivered with a well-timed southern expression that cuts through the noise.

She holds a BA from the University of Georgia and a Professional Certificate in Foresight from the University of Houston.

Outside of work, Jennifer is an avid tennis player and lives outside Atlanta with her husband and two children.
