Jessica translates lived experience into service strategies that make systems easier to navigate, use and improve.
Jessica Murray is a Senior Experience + Service Designer for Langrand’s transformation practice, where she helps translate lived experience into clearer, more usable services, systems and touchpoints.
Her work focuses on understanding how people actually move through complex systems, where friction shows up and what needs to change to make experiences easier to navigate. She brings a service design lens to the details that often determine whether a strategy feels usable in real life.
At Langrand, Jessica supports research, synthesis, journey mapping and service strategy across healthcare and transformation projects. She helps teams make sense of human needs, operational constraints and opportunities for better experience design.
Let’s make sure you have somewhere to take it.
