Speaking

We bring the kind of thinking that changes what a room can see.

Our talks help audiences make sense of change without reducing it to trends, hype or prediction. We help people see the assumptions they are carrying, the signals they may be missing and the choices they still have room to make.

Speakers

Two distinct speaker presences with overlapping range. Denise Worrell and Heather Benoit both speak across strategic foresight, healthcare, AI, systems thinking and organizational transformation, so we can match the right speaker to your audience, your stakes and your format.

Denise Worrell

Managing Principal, Transformation

Denise is a futurist, systems thinker and strategic design leader who helps institutions make sense of change before the path is obvious. A former innovation and consumer strategy executive inside major health systems, she brings senior leadership experience, human-centered design depth and a pragmatic understanding of how complex organizations actually move.

Her talks use story, sharp reframes and real-world examples to help audiences see the human stakes of change, question inherited assumptions and think differently about the decisions ahead. She speaks on strategic foresight, artificial intelligence, healthcare strategy, experience design and the leadership choices institutions face under uncertainty.

Example topics

Bringing futures thinking to your audience

The future of [your industry or topic]

How the forces in your sector, its customers, workforce and technology move past today’s assumptions, and what that asks of the institutions inside it.

Human + AI operating models

What happens to work, roles and decisions when synthetic colleagues enter the system, and how leaders design for it.

Planning for the wrong future

The linear forecasts and quiet assumptions that shape bad strategy, and how to test them before they cost you.

Designing resilient institutions

How organizations hold together when change crosses strategy, operations, culture and experience at once.

From signals to strategic action

Reading weak signals, making sense of what they add up to and turning that into decisions people can act on.

Built for the room

We don’t give the same talk twice.

For most engagements we do original research into the forces shaping your industry, your audience and the questions already in the room. The result isn’t a circuit talk. It’s a keynote, fireside or leadership conversation built for the people in front of us.

Part provocation, part practical signal and specific to the room every time.
